Dallas Cowboys Vs. Tennessee Titans Betting Odds Breakdown
The Dallas Cowboys and the Tennessee Titans will be meeting up late in the NFL season in week 17.
Dallas is coming into this game as the heavy favorite at -10, and the over/under is sitting at 41.5 points.
Dallas Cowboys Preview
Dallas is coming off of an impressive win over the Philadelphia Eagles, and they will be looking to finish the season strong before the playoffs.
The biggest story in the game against the Philadelphia Eagles for Dallas was the performance from Dak Prescott. It was arguably the best game he’s played all season with him having 347 passing yards and three touchdowns while also completing 27 out of 35 pass attempts. It was probably the best game he’s played this season, and it should be even easier in the passing game against the Titans, who let up 279.6 passing yards per game.
Obviously, the toughest task for Dallas going into this game will be containing Derrick Henry, assuming that he plays after he was listed as out from practice on Monday. But assuming he does play, he could have a big game with Dallas letting up about 130 rushing yards per game. But other than trying to contain him, it feels like Dallas has the advantage in this one.
Tennessee Titans Preview
Tennessee is coming off of a tough loss to the Houston Texans, and they will be trying to keep their playoff hopes alive by edging out the Jaguars in the AFC South.
Whoever gets into the playoffs from the AFC South could come down to the final game of the season. The Titans are tied with the Jaguars at 7-8, and they have a huge roadblock in the Dallas Cowboys. We still don’t even know if Derrick Henry will be available in this game, so the passing offense may need to have a big day. Either way, this will not be easy.
This game is going to be difficult for Tennessee to win. The Cowboys have a very solid offense, and they also have a very solid defense. Tennessee has not been all that great this season, and you shouldn’t be surprised if they continue to play poorly in this game. It just feels like both their offense and defense won’t be able to keep up with Dallas.
Winner Prediction: Dallas Cowboys -10
This game will probably go how most people are expecting it to go.
The Cowboys seem to be the better team all around, and you should expect them to get a victory over the Tennessee Titans.
