Phoenix Suns Vs. Brooklyn Nets Betting Odds Breakdown

Phoenix Suns Preview
Phoenix has had a pretty lackluster season so far, sitting at 29-26 after finishing the season at 64-18 last year.
In all fairness, Phoenix has had some troubles this season with injuries, with even Devin Booker being sidelined for an extended period of time with a groin injury. However, there is still a very good chance that they can beat out Brooklyn in this game, who are also having their troubles with injuries. There is also a possibility that Booker is back in this game against Brooklyn, which can give them a tremendous advantage over the Nets.
The Suns earned a 16-point win in their last time out over the Detroit Pistons, and their highlight in that game is how well they shot the ball. They shot the ball at 56 percent from the field, and they even shot 47 percent from long distance. That could be bad news for a team like Brooklyn, who are one of the worst teams in the league at guarding the three point shot, with their opponents averaging 37.3 percent from three point range. That could be very good for Phoenix, especially with how injured Brooklyn is right now.
Brooklyn Nets Preview
Brooklyn is coming off of a back-to-back with the LA Clippers, and they will have a difficult task in the Phoenix Suns.
Brooklyn made some headlines over the weekend, with them trading star player Kyrie Irving to the Dallas Mavericks for Spencer Dinwiddie, Dorian Finney-Smith, and several picks. Dinwiddie is making a return to Brooklyn after several years, and there is a very real possibility that he may have to lead Brooklyn in this game with Kevin Durant still out with a knee injury. Dinwiddie and Finney-Smith did not play against the LA Clippers, so the Nets will hope that those two are ready to make their Nets debut against Phoenix.
The matchup that will be very entertaining to watch in this game will be Nic Claxton and Deandre Ayton. Claxton has made a name for himself in Brooklyn, and he will be given a huge test with Deandre Ayton. It should be a great matchup, and it will surely be fun to watch those two go at it. But once again, this won’t be easy for the Nets. This won’t be easy for them to win with all their injury problems, so they’re going to have to play some great basketball.
