Colts vs. Ravens Key Stats
Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts are doing pretty well throughout the season as they are scoring 26 pints on 320.5 total yards per game. Quarterback Anthony Richardson is questionable for this game with a concussion that knocked him out of last week’s game. He currently is 30-of-47 (63.8 completion percentage) for 279 yards with a touchdown and an interception while also running 13 times for 75 yards with three rushing touchdowns. With All-Pro offensive guard Quenton Nelson and center Ryan Kelly also popping up on the injury report, this will be tough to keep the defense off them. If they can get the ball to their top wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr, who has 16 catches for 153 yards and a touchdown, they can be able to do pretty well.
The defense of the Indianapolis Colts need to step up as they are giving up 25.5 points on 391 total yards per game. They need to defend the pass here as teams are passing for 312.5 yards per game. Indy is applying pressure with eight total sacks but need to do better in the secondary. The Colts are dominant against the run as they are best in the sport with just 2.6 rushing yards per attempt. With defensive tackle Grover Stewart and cornerback Kenny Moore II popping up on the injury report, things could be a little more difficult here.
Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens have been doing pretty well as they are averaging 26 points on 347 total yards per game. Quarterback Lamar Jackson has been doing incredibly well as he is 41-of-55 (74.5 completion percentage) for 406 yards with two touchdowns and an interception while running 18 times for 92 yards. The running game is banged up after losing JK Dobbins for the season and Justice Hill listed as questionable. We also wait on news about wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr to see how the offense is going to step up here.
Their defense has been playing very well as they are allowing 16.5 points on 301 total yards per game up to this point. The Ravens are doing well at forcing short passes as their 4.8 yards per pass attempt against is fifth in the NFL. They also are excellent in terms of allowing just five rushing first downs this season, which is tied for the fewest in the sport. With their secondary dealing with injuries, this could be a tough time defensively.
